Planti Peeps processes orders Monday through Friday with the exception of public holidays or previously shared periods of closure. Most orders will be processed within 48 hours of being placed.

Orders are shipped using AusPost or Sendle (Which partners with multiple third party carriers depending on your address).

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $80. For orders under $80, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15. Standard shipping usually arrives within 2-8 days of departure from Planti Peeps.

We offer Express Shipping on any order for $25. Express shipping usually arrives within 1-4 days of departure from Planti Peeps.

For items that are heavier we have factored in any additional shipping cost into the price so there is no need to worry about any additional cost.

Planti Peeps offers both Local Delivery within the Canberra Region and free pickup from our Canberra DC in Canberra City.

For Local Delivery:

• We will reach out to you within 48 hours of receiving your order to schedule a time to deliver that suits your needs.
• Local delivery is free with any $50 purchase if you're within a 10km radius of our Canberra DC or free with any $80 purchase if you're within a 20km radius. Shipping will be $15 if you do not meet these thresholds.

For Local Pickup:

• We will reach out within 48 hours to arrange a time that suits for pickup, often the same day if an order is placed prior to 12pm.
• Details including pickup address and contact info can be found on the checkout page and in your email confirmation once an order has been placed.
