If you're looking to start out with a few plants in semi-hydro this set has both things you'll need - 2.5L of LECA to be used as your substrate and 250mL of Foliage Focus for your nutrient solution to keep those plants healthy and growing.

Your 2.5L of LECA comes packed in a compostable bag (See ya never, plastic) that will need to be washed (Give it a good rinse in a strainer to get rid of any dust or loose bits) and then soaked in water that has Foliage Focus in it (5mL for every 1L of water) for 24 hours prior to use.
